Increasing your visibility online can help you sell out your surf trips faster. In tandem with accepting direct bookings, you can utilize popular surf travel platforms to broaden the reach of your business. Unfortunately, partnerships with these sites can be time consuming, often requiring multiple emails or calls to confirm a single booking.

Two years ago, we decided to tackle this problem. We introduced Bookinglayer Connect—a solution designed to streamline these interactions. Bookinglayer Connect helps businesses partner with select surf travel platforms without adding any extra administrative work. Using Bookinglayer Connect, our clients can add their surf trips to popular surf travel platforms in just a few clicks.

Last month, we added our seventh surf travel partner to Bookinglayer Connect. So, we are taking the opportunity to detail all of our surf travel partnerships and how they can help you boost your bookings. These select platforms seamlessly integrate with our services, ensuring an effortless connection of your offerings to a global audience.

LUEX

LUEX features both surf and snow trips around the world. Operating since 2007, the site has cemented itself as a go-to resource for surf travel within its global audience. LUEX goes the extra mile by providing key insights to bookers — from wave breakdowns to packing tips to safety precautions — for every trip they promote. This gives your guests all of the details they need. In return, the platform charges a 15% commission on bookings.

AWAVE Travel

AWAVE Travel is a prime site for those seeking the best surf adventures across the globe. Since its inception, Awave has been connecting surf enthusiasts with their dream surf trips, offering a mix of luxury and local charm. They attract bookers by offering hand-selected stays in every corner of the world while also featuring special rates and discounted surf trips. For bookings made through the site, AWAVE Travel charges a 20% commission.

SurfaWhile

Catering primarily to a Dutch-speaking audience, SurfaWhile sells both individual and group surf trips worldwide. Site visitors can even fill out a form to receive personal advice on which surf trip is right for them. Every booker also receives location-specific travel and surf guides and a SurfaWhile webshop discount. To sell surf trips on this site, businesses pay a 20% commission.

Ocean Adventure

Offering a wide range of surf and kitesurfing trips, Ocean Adventure is a great way to sell more stays to European guests. Notably, the site primarily serves a French audience. Plus, with one section dedicated specifically to teen surf camps, the site also allows you to sell to a niche market. Ocean Adventure takes a 20% commission on all bookings made via its platform.

Soul Rider

Soul Rider started way back in 2000 and has been helping guests find surf holidays ever since. With convenient categories, Soul Rider helps its audience find surf charters, surf and yoga retreats, idyllic surf resorts, and more. It highlights premiere surf businesses from around the world and takes a 20% commission on bookings.

SurfTrips

A true surf online travel agency, SurfTrips is a newer site that allows you to accept bookings instantly. You can also connect your calendar to other OTAs you may be using, such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Hosts can also access a dashboard that provides helpful insights into their listing. SurfTrips charges hosts a 15% commission on bookings, while guests pay a 3% service charge.

Surfhouse.it

Through 10 years of organizing surf adventures, SurfWeek's team noticed an enormous demand in the Italian market. In fact, SurfWeek receives nearly 15,000 leads yearly. With Surfhouse.it, the SurfWeek Team hopes to help match the thousands of guest inquiries they get with the ultimate surf trip. Listings on Surfhouse.it will be charged a 19% commission on bookings after the site launches in July 2024.
