Frequently Asked Questions

We typically work with fixed monthly pricing plans, in which we do not take a percentage of client’s revenue. However, if a client wants to change their pricing structure into a percentage-based module, we offer this option as well. The percentage-based plan includes a 2% commission at a minimum of 100€ per month. 

We charge for Bookinglayer via credit card. If you are based in Europe and have an IBAN bank account we can charge also via SEPA. The charge occurs based on the activation date and covers the fees for the next billing cycle (1 month).

You can change to a different pricing plan at any time. 

We offer a 5% discount for members of 1% For The Planet. In addition, we also offer a 5% discount if you pay one year in advance.

We do not believe in long-term, lock-in contracts, you can cancel at any time. We will cancel your account at the end of your existing billing cycle (if you pay per month, your account will be cancelled the following month). We will not refund you for payments made.

This will depend on your pricing and is something we will discuss when looking at what solution best meets each client’s needs.

Bookinglayer offers several pricing plans that vary according to the features you need in your booking system. In general, you only pay for what you need. To determine this, we look at your number of bookings, the size of inventory, and what features would benefit your business.
