FAQ
No. Bookinglayer charges one fixed monthly fee and takes no commission on your bookings. Payment gateway fees still apply as with any provider, but what you earn from a booking is yours.
No. The Bookinglayer subscription covers the software itself; payment processing is separate. A business can connect its own payment gateway and pay that provider directly, or use Bookinglayer Pay, the optional built in processing option, which carries its own per transaction fee. Either way, Bookinglayer itself takes no commission on the booking.
Bookinglayer pricing is one fixed monthly fee shaped by the specifics if the business and the advanced add-ons a business chooses. There are no tiers and no commission on bookings. Because the plan is configured around the specific operation it serves, the exact fee is worked out on the demo call rather than published as a single flat number.
The main structural difference is that Bookinglayer charges a fixed monthly fee with no commission, while several competitors in the retreat and activity booking space charge a percentage of every booking on top of, or instead of, a monthly fee. That distinction matters most for a business scaling revenue: a commission model means the software's cost grows in lockstep with bookings, while a fixed fee stays flat as booking volume increases, so a growing business keeps a larger share of each additional booking.
Yes, at any time. Users, locations, and add-ons can be added as a business grows or scaled back in the off season, and changes don't require a new contract or a renegotiation.

Add any advanced add-on, anytime. Each one adds a fixed monthly amount to your plan. There's no cap and no tier jump; the add-on amount is the whole cost.

No, there is no limit on bookings with Bookinglayer. A business can process as many bookings as its operation generates, with no ceiling that blocks a booking once a certain number is reached.
